Absolutely Yes! When I had been in New Zealand, there was a hard rule for me that I really hated it.
I wasn’t allowed to use a phone for 7 months when I was staying there.
And I found that not using a mobile phone can heal my sickness which is depression very well.
It is good that you need to spend time with yourself more than your mobile phone.

Frankly speaking, I cannot live without the internet because when I have nothing to do, I always pick my phone up and travel on Instagram, youtube and facebook.
The Internet makes my life conveniently, for instance, it is convenient to do online shopping when you don't want to go anywhere.
Furthermore, it can help you to communicate easily with other people such as your friends, family, and teachers.

I love spending time with listen to musics and doing handcraft. According to my hobbies, I can spend all day without internet. I have many handcrafts in my room such as lego, paper that coloring by sand.

Probably not, for a couple reasons.
1. I need the internet to do my assignments. If for some reason I'm not able to do what I need to be done, I have minor to severe panic attacks.
2. The internet is my connection to people who care about me and give me a reason to live. It's also where I get my inspiration.
