I am convinced that we can do these things to help establish rapport in our classroom;
- Have the right manner.
- Don't prejudge a class.
- Look as if we enjoy our job.
- Show personal interest in the students.
- Respond and react to what students say.
- Be interested in students' progress.
- Ask for comments on the classes.

In my opinion, remembering the students names is very important for making a good relationship with students. When you can remember their names it will make then feel good and have positive thinking with you. The teacher in the classroom is not only a teacher but also is a good listener for all of students. Make them feel comfortable for telling their problems to you. That's the goal of relationship in the classroom.
