Pick one, texting or phone calls?

I prefer texting to phone calling because I can't explain well when I have to call on the phone. Texting provides more convenience for me.
I can send a picture or website to let them see what I want them to see by themselves. Most importantly, texting on social media is free.
That's why I choose to text.
