How to release the anger?
For me, when I was angry, I will close my eyes and tell myself that nobody can understand me everyting because I can't understand someone everything too. I have read it from the internet and it can help me to release my anger.
And if I'm not better, I would like to go to exercise because I want to forget it even if it's a short time.

for me, i always sleep for release my anger.
everything will disappear when i wake up. LOL

It is so hard to release my anger.
When I was angry, I feel really frustrated.

To be honest, if I get angry, I usually control it so that no one knows and sees it. I know that's not a good idea at all. To conceal it is going to make it worse and worse! However, I cannot release it because the way I use to release it is to destroy things! Once I felt angry, I threw my mobile phone to the ground. Did you know what happened? It was broken! After that, I try to conceal it.

I would like to suggest you release anger by practicing progressive muscle relaxation. Progressive muscle relaxation requires you to focus on tensing and relaxing particular muscle groups in your body, so it can help distract you from your feelings of anger. Additionally, it is excellent for relieving anxiety and tension, which can also help alleviate angry feelings. This exercise also works to help you sleep when your thoughts are out of control.

When you're feeling angry, hit the gym, go for a run, put on your boxing gloves and punch the body bag, get your body moving. If you don't have time for the gym, drop down and do as many pushups as you can and follow it with 50 jumping jacks. Anything that will get your body moving will help to alleviate the physical tension caused by your anger and help you feel better.

Sometimes, I feel like I want to punch something or destroy something. It is not anger too, it is like the inner rage that I always have. But I never punch anything or destroy anything though, I control it by keeping it inside me all the time.

For me, breathe out slowly through my mouth. Find a quiet place to relax. Make myself comfortable. Lie down , and loosen any tight or uncomfortable clothing.

Then, I will go away from that person.

I rarely express my anger. When I'm angry, I will count in my heart depending on how much anger, 1-10, 1-100, or 1-1000.
I think it's a good thing to not express or say something when we're angry. Losing of consciousnessม we may do something unexpected.

Actually, I am a person who cannot keep my anger in my mind well. So, it will be exploded suddenly. Afterwards, I have to find to keep myself calm. I usually listen to music and watch some clips on Youtube. Sometimes, I spend a lot of my time to draw and paint on papers or laptop. I totally don't like myself when I got angry, I will destroy everything in my sight.

I release it by taking a shower or going to somewhere alone. Because I don't want to show my anger to anyone. But sometimes, I express this feeling through my face. But I know when I got mad or very anger, I will quickly find some isolated places to cry out.

When I get angry to someone, I will stay far from her/him.
I relieve my angry by breathing in and out many times.

I will think about the reason why it can make me get angry.
I will not say anything when I feel angry.

For me, when I get angry to someone. I have to count 1-5 seconds.
Because I will review the thing that he/she make and telling myself you have to calm down. And then the thing will good for you.

For me, when I feel angry, I will count 1-10 and think let it go.
Everything is on your mind. You can think about the bad thing but you don't have to do it.
Be calm down in any situations, it will be good for you and your close.
