Mine is an alarm clock and a light.
I really hate them. It always wakes me up in the morning.
It can also help wake me up in the morning. Lol
I cannot wake up by myself. So, when I have a class, I have to rely on them.

Another one is the noise of people or animals.
I really hate them especially when I really want to take a rest.

Nothing but alarm clock can wake me up from my sweet dreams. I wake up around 8-10 o'clock without an alarm clock. So, if I want to wake up early than 8am I have to
set an alarm clock.
