Why can’t Disney have a chubby princess?

Probably because many children watch Disney. It’s an amazing huge franchise and many look to the princess’ as role models for young children. Yes, by having a chubby princess many children would feel better represented. However, it would promote that being slightly overweight is OK, being overweight is OK. Which it is not, being fat is not ok. It’s not good for the body, it’s not a healthy state and if not treated it can grow into obesity which is a medical condition.

To be chubby does not mean that you are not healhty!
For the point that Disney does not have any chubby princess is because of the stereotype, that girls have to be in a good shape. For me, it does not matter if Disney want to present any types of body who is the main character in those stories but It does matter with what are the going to present.

There are so many aspects for this question.
For me, I think the reaso is that Disney doesn't want to lead children to have a chubby shape.
Becasue being FAT can harm our body! More, being FAT is something that will be struggling in life someday!
