If you go to bed late, you will feel hungry.
Finally, you will find something to eat.

I would love to know that as well.
I can’t stop eating or hungry at night time.
It occurs with me every night.
I have asked my friends about this question before.
They answered me that I have to eat early and go to bed early.
I can not do that because I always sleep late at night. In my opinion, I think the best way to stop hungry at night time is by drinking some water when you are hungry.

I want to share my tips:
If you are prone to eating high-fat, high-sugar junk food at night, remove it from your house.
If unhealthy snacks aren't within easy reach, you are much less likely to eat them.
Instead, fill your house with healthy food that you enjoy. Then when you have the urge to eat, you won't snack on junk.

Move away from the food. You're more likely to eat too much at night if you are always around food. So, after dinner, move away from the kitchen. Another great way to get away from food is to go for a walk after dinner. Even if your walk is just 15-20 minutes long. It also gives your body a chance to feel the sensation of fullness, so the urge to eat is less strong.

I have to say that it's a hard question. LOL
For me, I think that going to bed early is quite helpful for stoping at night.
Sometimes, I just stop eating at night because there is nothing left for me to eat at my dorm. What a sad story!!

I would say that the way to stop eating at night could be going to bed earlier than usual.
If you cannot go to bed early, you should force yourself not to eat at late night. It is hard, right?
So, try to go to bed early is the easiest way for me to suggest.

I would say you have to eat a lot during the day so that you will not hungry at nighttime. More importantly, do not keep any food in your room since you may straving at nighttime at cannot control yourself.

I discover that going to bed early can decrease this misbehavior. If we do it for routine, Our body will adjust itself and reset the appropriate time to eat. Additionally, our body learns our behavior with the time we eat too. So, if you feel hungry at night, do not eat anything.

There 3 things that I have discovered.
- Going to bed early can help you a lot.
- Drinking water whenever you are hungry.
- Chewing a gum.
You should try once when you are hungry at night.
You will know that it really help you!

The most effective way to stop eating at night is trying to sleep early.
Although, this way seems difficult to do because of the assignments or somethings to do.

I used to eat at night every day, I got my self out of that habit by eating bigger meals on a daily basis.
I usually find a way to have bigger meals throughout the day and eat only when I'm actually hungry, instead of eating because I feel like eating.

Personally, I always eat food at night.
Because I always have many homework to do and I have to eat.
If I don't have food at night,I will sleepy and I can't do my homework.
But If some night I don't have homework, I won't eat and go to bed early.

I suggest you to move away from the food.
You're more likely to eat too much at night if you are always around food. So, after dinner, move away from the kitchen. This might mean that you postpone clean-up tasks so that you aren't tempted to eat leftovers. Or better yet, delegate the job to someone in your house who isn't on a diet.

If I feel hungry at night, the first thing that I will tell myself is “stop”.
Then, I will drink a lot of water because the water can help the stomach feel relaxed and fullfilled.
However, if I cannot bare with it, I will try to make myself sleeping tight to flee those feeling.
