What would you do to concentrate if you lose your concentration on doing your homework?

For me, I lose my concentration on doing my homework in every minute. I really hate myself when I can't finish my work on time because I can't concentrate on my work. My solution to solve this problem is listening to a long music. I would wear my headphone every time I do my homework. Usually, I listen to the long music such as Up-tempo music or game soundtrack because it makes me feel like my brain is running like an electricity. So, I would listen to a long music every time I need concentration.

I will pause for a while then get back to work again.
I do not force myself that much on doing things.
I know myself well when to do homework and when not.

For me, I will stop whatever I was doing and try to do something else that kind of relaxing like listening to music or even just sitting still and try to clear my mind.

For me, if I lose my concentration during doing homework, I will separate my time to break. For example, I will separate my time to do some activities for relaxing my mind such as playing games, listening to music and walking to somewhere for 10 minutes. If I can relax my mind, I will get back to work efficiently.

Well, I always do my homeworks in my room. There are a lot of distraction which come from outside my room such as noise of cars and motorbike.
I must tell you that I am rarely distracted by noise from outside my room because I usually listen to music while I am doing my homeworks.
Anyway, if I lose my concentration while doing my homeworks, I will have a break and listen to music and then back to my works.

Many times that I feel losing my concentration, the way I get back on track is listening to classical music. I have my own playlist on Spotify which I search the information about brain and music related together. I think it work well with me. I have more concentration when I work or read books.

I will keep lists and place the most important items on top. Then work on the items
that I should get done first. Make an outline for what I need to do and break it down
into smaller, more manageable steps. Then, use colors to highlight the essentials.
