Do you do meditation?

This is what I am trying to do. Because it can literally save my life while being seriously diseased. It sounds easy but actually, it is not. You must know a meditation technique by heart or spend quite a few time to develop your own approach.

I am willing to do meditation in my free time. But I cannot find any time to do it. My life in this time is really bad because the bad things always occur recently. So, I know that if need to do meditation for keeping my focus and self-awareness back to me. My father taught me to do it when my mind is distracted.

Yes, I do when I was young.
I don't like to do the meditation but I have to do because the teacher told me to do.
I can't stand when I have to sit and close my eyes and cannot do anything else. It's not suit with me.
