When I suffer from anxiety, what I usually do to deal with it is that listening to my favorite songs and sing along. This way allows me to forget anxiety for a while. It works well. Apart from that, being with friends can heal, too. We can cheer one another up by using phrases like ‘Keep fighting!’ or ‘We can do it!’. It is helpful, in my opinion.

This question is very difficult for me to answer because I can’t get away from the anxiety even I search the Internet this question and get suggestions from my friends. I think the best way for me to get away from anxiety is to take a deep breath and don’t focus too much on something just be yourself.

In my opinion, there are actually many ways to get away from the anxiety. For example, when I feel anxiety, I will do the things that I like to get away from my anxiety. I love listening to music, so I usually choose to listen to music. When I listen to music, I will think about only the music instead of the issue that I am anxious about. Therefore, listening to music is a great way for me.

For me, I always go to sleep or riding my motorcycle to anywhere.
In my opinion, to go to sleep is the best way to treat it and riding a motorcycle makes me get fesh air which can reduce my strain. I can say that both of them are good alternatives for me to choose.

For me, I will try to do some fun activities or the activities I like to do, and try not to think about the things that make I become worried. I think sharing your feeling by talking to closed friends or lovers would help too.

The best way to get rid of anxiety is to do the thing that you like.
If you do something that you like, it will help you feel relaxed and forget all of the bad things.
For me, I spend my time reading comics and watching anime. It helps me a lot.

It's quite different in an individual.
a person might experience different things, so they see the world throughout different views.
I personally expert ways of dealing with anxiety since I am an optimistic person.
To omit anxiety, you have to know yourself first, then find safe zones and great consultant to relieve it from your mind.

Personally, to get rid of anxiety is simple! As I get stressful, I sometimes go exercising at a park. This technique is very helpful. While you jog, your brain releases a chemical which helps make you feel relieved. Moreover, listening to music is one of the ways to relieve stress. Listening to favourite songs and lying down on the bed sounds great, doesn't it?

In my point of view, the way to get rid of anxiety is to do something that makes you feel comfortable. Actually, I often take a rest, when I feel bad with anxiety. Listen to your song and watch some variety or funny video benefits to your brain too.

Anxiety is not something you can easily deal with. I am dealing with anxiety all the time every day because I am overthinking all the time. I think the best way to deal with anxiety is finding something else to do, to get yourself busy. Even if it seems like a nonsense thing to do, it does really help to get me through a day.

Anxiety seems hard to get away from but I still believe that It's possible to
get away from it. When you feel down, try to surrounded yourself with positive
mind people, eat and drink what do yo want. If all above cannot help you, just
acknowledge what it was happen and let it go. Keep in mind that we are just a little
part of the world, it is hard to control everything.

Worries, doubts, and anxieties are a normal part of our life.
It’s natural to worry about an unpaid bill, an upcoming interview or study, or a first date.
But “normal” worry becomes excessive when it’s persistent and uncontrollable. Don't worry be happy!

I would say that I cannot get away from anxiety. I have anxiety when I have to be in unfamiliar surrounding or I have to do something for the first time such as peer teaching. Although I have been through peer teaching around 4 times, I never get used to it. I always have anxiety. The way to get away from it is that I have to go through it and think positively.

Just do something.Stand up, take a walk, throw away a piece of trash from your desk any action that interrupts your train of thought helps you regain a sense of control, Chansky suggests.

In my opinion,relaxing activities can get rid of or distract you from anxiety. There are a lot
of relaxing activities such as listen to relaxing music, practice relaxing yoga, spend time with
pets and paint your imagination. For example, when you feel anxious during work, you may stop
working for a while and find some relaxing activities to do. After that, your anxiety will be away and make you think of other things.

It is easy to tell how to get away from anxiety but hard to do when you got an anxiety.
When an anxiety comes, its comes for a long time. Sometimes it can be deal, and sometimes its can't be.
But anyway, there are ways to help decrease anxiety. You might need to accept your anxiety first, then go do something. Watching some funny videos can help decrease anxiety, as well as listening to music.

For me, When I get anxiety, I will listen to music or share it with my close friend.
Listening to music on headphones reduces stress and anxiety in hospital patients before and after surgery. Music can help reduce both the sensation and distress of both chronic pain and postoperative pain.
Listening to music can relieve depression and increase self-esteem ratings in elderly people.

I'm facing this problem almost all the time.
When I have anxiety, I try to calm down by taking a deep breath.
I do not talk to anyone and stay focus on myself.
Most of my anxieties come when I am in a crowded place.
I need to get away for a while to release the anxiety.

When I feel anxious, I will so meditation.
Meditating can help us out of the anxiety because it will make us conscious thus, we can control the situation.

This is my suggestion for getting away from anxiety.
You have to control your breath. Severe anxiety symptoms are often linked to poor breathing habits. Many men and women with anxiety suffer from poor breathing habits that contribute to anxiety and many of the most upsetting symptoms.
