This is my suggestion for getting away from anxiety.
You have to control your breath. Severe anxiety symptoms are often linked to poor breathing habits. Many men and women with anxiety suffer from poor breathing habits that contribute to anxiety and many of the most upsetting symptoms.

Here are some ways to calm your anxiety.
1. Stay in your time zone. Anxiety is a future-oriented state of mind. So instead of worrying about what’s going to happen, “reel yourself back to the present,” says Tamar Chansky, Ph.D., a psychologist.
2. Relabel what’s happening. Panic attacks can often make you feel like you’re dying or having a heart attack. Remind yourself: “I’m having a panic attack, but it’s harmless, it’s temporary, and there’s nothing I need to do”.

For me, keep busy, don't try to be perfect. Eat well, sleep well. Stay hydrated by taking adequate water. Maintain good posture while working and sleeping. Make notes and plan your day. Make friends and go for walk.

The ways I get away from the anxiety is are listening to music and reading the fiction.
Listening to music helps my brain to be more peaceful and don't think anything.
It will help me to let myself in the safe zone.
Reading fiction can provide the new world for me to escape from the bad things.
It give me the entertainment to relax me.
You must find your ways and do them when you want to escape from the anxiety.
