Running on a treadmill is monotonous. Also at a flat gradient, it's easier as the treadmill itself pushes your legs back. Running outside is much more fun, more so if you run in a park or man, on a beach. Also, it's harder so it provides more endurance for your time. Also if you can run in groups outside that's an amazing feeling that you won't get on a treadmill.

the reason is that I do not like a lot of people and especially I need a coach to teach me how to do jogging correctly. It looks silly that why I need a coach to teach me just only jogging but I would say that I'm really bad at every sport and exercise.
